Silhouette Order Form

Please email me a side profile picture, left side of the face against a wall, aiming the camera at the ear of the subject and being at the same level as the subject. VERY IMPORTANT! Have the subject look straight ahead without smiling! (A smile distorts the chin.)

Each silhouette cutting is matted on a 5"x7" acid free mat. $35.00.

I also have available the traditional oval black wood frame with inner gold lip for $30.00.  

Copies of the silhouettes are $5.00 - matted.

Shipping costs depend on how many matted/framed cuttings are ordered and will be quoted when the order is received. Thank you!

Wedding/Anniversary Order Form

These cuttings can be cut from either white or black acid free paper, matted on acid free back mats. White cuttings need a dark colored back mat; black cuttings are on white back mats.

1) Birds Heart & Roses; 12"x16"; matted $185; Framed $220.

2) Heart & Roses; 9"x12"; matted $105; Framed $135.
